Anyone who works from home often knows how important it is to have a go-to coffee shop. The neighborhood around our Houston, TX apartments is filled with excellent coffee shops, but three of them stand out above the rest. In the blog post below, we’ll be talking about some of the most popular coffee shops in the area.
Every good coffee shop should have plenty of power outlets, comfortable chairs and an abundance of tables where busy customers can spread out with their laptops and notebooks. Some coffee shops are better than others at providing people with these types of amenities, but the coffee shops on this list do a great job of checking all the boxes. We think you’ll love them as much as we do!
Now that we’ve gotten the first part of the blog out of the way, let’s get right to the list of coffee shops! When you finish reading through the list, please feel free to share it with your friends, neighbors and anyone else who might be interested in learning a little more about our community of Houston, TX luxury apartments.
We love Fix Coffeebar for a lot of reasons, but it all starts with the beautiful brick interior. The cozy surroundings create the perfect atmosphere for a long afternoon of studying or working. The drinks are delicious, especially if it’s hot enough outside to get an iced latte. We love the peach bourbon iced latte, the honey fig iced latte and the honey lavender trip. This place also has lovely outdoor seating, so be sure to check it out next time the temps rise over 75 degrees.
The first thing you’ll notice when you walk into Retrospect Coffee Bar is that everything looks like it belongs in the dictionary next to the word, “hipster.” The coffee mugs are small, and the interior ambiance is a little quirky. That being said, we love this place with all our hearts. Once you take a sip of the espresso at Retrospect, we think you will too.
You won’t find a more photogenic coffee shop than Cafe Poetes. The interior is completely white, with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves filled with novels and encyclopedias. The windows let in a ton of natural light, making this a beautiful space to spend a morning or afternoon. The coffee is strong and tasty, and the pastries are made by people who you could probably classify as perfectionists.
